SurFund is a Panamanian REIT (Sociedad de Inversion Inmobilaria) regulated by the Panamanian Securities Superintendent (Superintendencia de Mercado de Valores), administered by Global Valores, S.A. (*) with shares listed on the Latinex exchange. MMG Bank is SurFund’s appointed payment agent.
SurFund was founded by Conservatorio to provide investors of all sizes with access to the yield and capital gains associated with professionally managed, high-quality real estate. Conservatorio provides real estate advisory, property management and other services to SUR.Fund through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Conservatorio Capital SdRL.
SurFund is an umbrella fund, with the ability to list completely segregated, bankruptcy remote sub-funds, each with its own assets and strategy. See Our Funds for more information about our first sub-fund, SurFund Casco Antiguo (ticker: SURFCA).

About Conservatorio
Founded in 2005, Conservatorio is a Certified B-Corp dedicated to urban real estate development and management in Panama and Central America. He serves on the Boards of Directors of Global Bank Corp. and subsidiaries. She is a member and Secretary of the Board of Directors of the Bolsa Latinoamericana de Valores, Latinclear and Latinex Holdings. She is the founder and President of the Psoriasis Foundation of Panama and President of the Association of Directors of Panama.
